Ok I will measure my hip size once a week and here is all I have ate today:
-2 plain waffles
-OJ
-personal pizza
-1 oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
-1 chocolate peanut butter fiber bar

I have managed to not workout, but I'm snowed in and have a lot of work to do so I'm going to start that...tomorrow :]

Ok so I have never made a blog before, but I'm lame and Julie & Julia inspired me. The movie was not that great but whatever. I'm not overweight, but I have love handles. They have bugged me for almost all of my life. A couple of months ago, I really started trying to get in shape. I wasn't eating as great as I should, but I had swim practice for an hour every day and then I would work out for an hour afterwards. This was all awesome, because I saw results. Not too much results in my sides, but I could tell I was getting in shape.
Anyway, I went to Disney World about a month ago and I lost all motivation for losing weight. And then with all the snow we have been having (I live on the east coast), all I have been doing is making sweets and eating them. I have a bunch of trips this summer that I will need to be in good shape. I think a blog will help me actually achieve my weight loss goals. I'll put up a pic so people can see my lovely handles :]

Please help me actually lose weight!! I will write down on here everything I eat and how I exercise. I'm tired of having my boyfriend grab onto my love handles. It's embarrassing and things need to change :]
